**Payroll & Business Support Administrator**

**£24,0000 to £30,000 (dependent upon experience) + Benefits**

**90% Home Based / 10% Office Based / Wiltshire**

I am exclusively working in partnership with my small but established UK-based technology company. My client is an expert in delivering value into both the public and private sector, supporting delivery of quality products at speed. The role is reportingto the HR Manager in this rapidly growing ambitious dynamic company.

**About the Job**:

- Manage an outsourced payroll service for 100 staff.
- Process client invoices
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Manage Expenses process.
- Complete VAT returns
- Provide Business Support on various activities.
- Build relationships with numerous stakeholders from suppliers, contractors, and internal workforce.
- Maintain internal accounting compliance.
- Assist with administrative HR tasks.
- Assist with a wide range of general administration tasks

**Percentage of time spent on key duties**:

- HR 20%
- Payroll 10%
- Transactional accounting 30%
- General administration 40%

**About you**:

- Previous experience working within SME sized businesses.
- Previous administration experience
- Previous finance experience
