Our client based in Swindon is looking for a payroll administrator to join their established logistics company.

**Providing**
- Professional Administration and payroll service for a small team within a logistics environment.
- Issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them
- Deducting tax and insurance payments
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
- Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately.
- verifying employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
- issuing deductions, earnings and other statements to employees and updating payroll records regularly
- identifying and distributing all incoming invoices
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Manage telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing company bookkeeping through Sage and processing quarterly VAT returns.
- Paying suppliers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and the Internet
- Providing support to the Manager with administration support.
- Confidential management of the company payroll services
- All other duties as required
Essential Skills/Experience.
- 1 years' experience in all aspects of payroll and Invoicing
