Primary Goal have a exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated **IT Coach/Trainer** who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our **Digital Support Technician** programme. A specialism or extensive experience in Microsoft packages is highly desirable

**Essential knowledge & skills**:

- Teaching, coaching or training experience.
- A passion for education.
- Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
- A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.

**Desirable knowledge & skills**:

- Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
- Technical qualification(s).
- An understanding of apprenticeship standards and frameworks.

**Primary Goal offers**:

- £32,000-£34,000 per annum D.O.E with the opportunity to increase your salary in line with KPIs and performance.
