Trainer Assessor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Childcare Trainer Assessor to join our Work Based Learning Team. This is a full time, permanent role which is largely remote, with some travel within the operational region, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
**The Role**
To ensure the timely and effective delivery of Apprenticeship programmes including Functional Skills. To support learners through training, coaching and assessment in line with Company Quality Procedures and Awarding Body requirements.
You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.
**The Individual**
Ideally you will be qualified and experienced in training and assessing Early Years to Level 3 standard and Functional Skills up to Level 2. We value your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have the right skills, experience, occupational qualifications and attitude.
You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per hour
