Dinnington Group Practice is a large busy training practice with the main surgeries at Dinnington and Anston and a smaller branch surgery at Woodsetts.

We provide health care for around 21,000 patients and are part of the Rother Valley South Primary Care Network We pride ourselves on our friendliness and teamworking. We have a very supportive working environment and are always looking for ways to improve.

**Medical Receptionists**

**Pay: £11.44 per hour**

**Hours: 20 per week (5 days a week)**

**The successful applicant will need to work a shift pattern of afternoons 2.30pm - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday**

**Main duties**:
Care Navigation: Receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous and efficient and effective manner. To ensure patients and other visitors receive an effective and efficient reception service whether contacted in person or by telephone. General reception duties including computer data entry.

Customer Service, Keyboard/computer and skills are essential. Previous experience as a doctors’ receptionist is desirable but not essential.

Closing Date: 20 March 2024

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
