We are looking for an additional IFA administrator/ Accounts Assistant to join our small team and support our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. This role would suit somebody with financial services experiences or individuals who are interested in moving into the financial services industry.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Reconciling fee expectations with payments, producing reports and highlighting any discrepancies
- Preparation of client valuations
- Obtaining quotations
- Checking Suitability Reports
- Issuing Letters of Authority
- Preparing and maintaining client files both using our back office system (Intelligent Office) and paper based files

Working hours are 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 - 5.00 on Friday.
