**Role Title: Product and Improvement Specialist**

**Role Purpose...**
The role supports the Transformation team in creating and assessing key data indicators to understand the performance of Vodafone Business products and services through various stages of the product life cycle. The analysis provides the insight to determine where best practise is in operation to be repeated elsewhere, plus uncover issues & bottlenecks to enable mitigation plans to be implemented. Building upon the introduction of key facets of the Product Operating Model, the Transformation Team are integral to ensuring Vodafone Business continues to accelerate growth across the strategic products whilst driving simplicity.
**With us you will...**
- Data Insight & analysis - Identify and collate the various sources of data reporting available today and determine the most insightful
- Monitor & Report on Operational Performance - produce reports showing the main KPIs of Operational Performance and drawing conclusions and possible trends from this data
- Work with Product Managers and Lean Portfolio team to create action and mitigation plans relating to the data insight on Operational performance
- Ownership of the creation of new data points to enhance the understanding of VBGP&S products performance
- Uptake of PLCM - monitor & report on the implementation of PLCM, through the Product Evaluation stage & identify improvement areas within the process using data as the key indicator
- Identify and deliver opportunities for improvement of business capability as part of the transformation process
- Capture as-is design and design of to-be processes with RACI, measures and insights to support the deployment of operational capabilities
- Ongoing development of the process improvement skillset in the transformation team and wider organisation

- Inquisitive & able to explore issues and concerns further with others to determine root cause
