Based in Chester, operating throughout the UK, Creative Play UK has completed more than 14,000 installations within schools, private nurseries, holiday parks, leisure facilities and local authorities.
Established for more than 30 years, Creative Play has the experience, knowledge and exciting plans to continue growing within the industry and expanding into new sectors. We are now looking for an (Full-time) Aftersales Administration Assistant to join our expanding Aftersales Department
As our Aftersales Administration Assistant, you will work closely with the Aftersales Manager to provide a high quality aftersales department which delivers excellent levels of customer service to Creative Play’s customers.
**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with field operatives providing updates on current jobs / site visits.
- Dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times, maximising the customer experience.
- Communicate with our dedicated hotel booking company to arrange accommodation for the maintenance & operations teams.
- Using Sage line 50 accounts software to process sales orders and carry out the full sales order processing (SOP) process.
- Order tools, aggregates & skips as required raising purchase orders on our accounting system.
- Liaise with The Play Inspection Company to order independent annual inspections and provide updates on scheduling of inspections.
- Confirm schedule of work dates with customers keeping them updated as required.
- Send feedback surveys to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and look for ways to continually improve.
- Adhoc duties as required by the business.
**Experience/ Qualities**:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an administration role (E)
- Maths and English minimum qualification of GCSE (C or above) (E)
- Attention to Detail (E)
- Ability to work to deadlines (E)
- Confident Communication Skills (E)
- Good use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word, Teams (E)
- A commitment to proving excellent customer service (E)
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up to date with product information (E)
- Excellent telephone manner with the confidence to answer inbound calls and the natural ability to build rapport with our customers (E)
**Experience in the following would be an advantage/desirable**:
- Experience in using Sage Line 50 Accounts would be advantageous but not essential (D)
- Experience of using a CRM system (D)
- Strong UK geographical knowledge with confidence to use Google Maps (D)
- Experience working in an aftersales role (D)

**In return the company offers**:
- Basic Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
- 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) increasing gradually to 33 days over 7 years.
