YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the efficient administration of all new corporate sales for BMW and MINI Sales.

To provide administration to the Group Corporate Sales Team.

Precise handling of the online ordering system, including quoting, invoicing and taxing of vehicles.

Liaising with Workshop and Logistics department, booking deliveries, communicating with Leasing Companies.

Communicate with both internal and external customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Working knowledge of Kerridge / Drive would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided

Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word

Able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude and team player mentality

Precise attention to detail

Ability to remain calm when working under pressure

Good numeric skills

Good organisational skills

Customer focused

Ability to manage own workload, but prepared to help others where needed

Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the centre location
