**Role: Maintenance Person (Care Home)**

**Location: Casa di Lusso, Bridgwater**

**Hours: 40.5 hours per week**

**5 days per week, Monday
- Friday, can either be 9.00am
- 17.00pm or 8.00am
- 16.00pm**

**Salary: £9.50- £11.50**

**On call rate: £15.00 per call out which includes the first hour’s labour, anything over the hour is paid at overtime rate.**

We are looking for someone to provide general maintenance of the care home providing support for the people living with us, whilst promoting a happy and friendly environment.

**THE ROLE**
Complete relevant paperwork including Health and Safety audits
Painting and decorating
General maintenance of the home
Liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems

**THE RIGHT PERSON**
To be flexible to suit the needs of the home
To maintain the fabric of the building in a good state of repair
To be experience in general maintenance
To hold a full clean driving licence

You will also have experience of working both independently and in a team. Your main duties will be general maintenance work to maintain the home.
