The University of Plymouth Enterprise Limited in partnership with the School of Psychology at University of Plymouth are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow on a grant awarded by the Welsh Government. This project aims at developing and evaluating a surveillance tool of early speech, language and communication development in children in Wales (Welsh-English bilinguals, or monolinguals).

In the 2021 Research Excellence Framework assessment 100% of our research environment and research impact was rated as either world-leading (4*) or internationally excellent (3*), along with 73% of our research outputs.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-termn basis for 30 months due to funding. The anticipated start date is the 1st of December 2023.
There is an essential requirement within this role that you will be required to travel to and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Please refer to the job description for further information.
