Specific tasks will vary between projects, key responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of project management activities, resources and information.
- Promoting a strong service delivery ethos by ensuring that all requests for support and information are handled accurately
- Following up to ensure actions are completed within a timely manner and appropriate format and that key internal and external stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues by escalating queries and findings to Project Manager.
- Liaison with and key point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners; developing strong working relationships with all.
- Arranging and attending project meetings, deputising for Project Manager where required, note taking, recording decisions and distributing actions.
- Assigning tasks and assisting with schedule management.
- Ensuring the project plan, logs and other documentation are consistently updated and tracked.
- Preparing and providing comprehensive project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders (presentations, plans, status reports, comms plans).
You’ll have proven project-based experience as a co-ordinator, senior administrator or similar in a busy people focussed environment.A confident communicator, you will have excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.Someone who is passionateabout delivering high levels of customer service, you pride yourself on building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Excellent IT, strong attention to detail and concise and accurate record keeping are second nature.
You will have a good general level of education including GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English.
