We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a high quality administrative support function to our busy Service Transition Team. This post is a 12 month fixed term contract to work alongside the technical team.

Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills. A good understanding of ICT and working with Microsoft packages is essential for this role. Knowledge of working with active directory would be beneficial but full training will be given.

Experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment is also essential as you will need to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure.

This comprehensive administrative support function to the team includes:
Act as the focal point of contact and be responsible for dissemination of information, messages and dealing with telephone enquiries for the team.

Accurate data entry into the ICT asset management and other ICT systems.

Receive and action domain account requests in a timely manner.

Process and monitor orders for ICT equipment, liaising with staff within the Trust regarding equipment orders.

Undertaking action notes for team and formal minute taking for other key meetings.

Other administrative duties as required.

This role is office based, working at our site in Aston, Birmingham
