This is an exciting opportunity to join **The International Convention Centre**, the **VOX** venue and **NEC** Conference suites, as our venues and the wider events industry continues to bounce back, join us at an exciting point where our teams are united and driven to achieve success as we deliver exceptional events.

The portfolio of tasks to work on will be wide ranging from staffing our events, dealing with inbound / outbound enquiries, being a welcome face to our clients, arranging planning meetings and raising invoices to name but a few Events are our passion, regardless of shape or size and the teams in our venues are simply first class, in a city without limits.

- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with external clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- You are diligent, organised, and able to prioritise effectively
You thrive on personal development and are eager to get involved in wider business activities such as our Wellbeing Team initiatives
- A wide range of tasks is something that really excites you, knowing that curveballs can arrive at any moment
- You’re self-motivated and inspire others to see possibilities
- You have a good understanding of health and safety principles within the working environment
- You enjoy taking on a range of responsibilities and no two days being the same
- The live events industry is something that interests you
- Delivering an excellent customer service experience is of paramount importance to you
- You have proven experience in an administrative role dealing with a variety of daily tasks
Experience of financial administration and good numerical skills
- A willingness to accept responsibility on key tasks and to have a calm and methodical approach
- Continual process improvement is something you consistently look for to see how things can continually be improved
- Knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding facilities would be beneficial
