**A day in the life of an Ascent People and Culture Partner (Hub, RNAS Culdrose and RAFC Cranwell)**
- As a People Partner you will be part of a dedicated HR team supporting Senior and First Line Managers from Bristol, RAFC Cranwell and RNAS Culdrose helping deliver the Company and Site People Agenda. You will build relationships with your key Line Managers and Customers across all areas of the business and provide expert People advice.
- You will:
- Deliver the People Agenda - including driving high performance, supporting and delivering Learning and Development Interventions, supporting Employee Relations issues, delivering recruitment requirements as well as driving Talent and Succession Planning.
- Be part of the wider HR team delivering our digital transformation programme including process, policy and e-learning reviews and enhancements.
- Actively support our Wellbeing and Diversity Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.
**What will make you successful?**
- You will already have a breadth of fantastic HR management experience, having worked in a busy HR team. You will thrive on delivering a range of HR disciplines and enjoy coaching managers to ensure that they get the best performance from their teams.
- You will have strong business acumen and enjoy cultural change activities as well as supporting the wider HR team on areas of Wellbeing, DI&B as well as our digital transformation Programme. You will be self-driven and enjoy a challenge.
- And you will also:
- Have a range of HR experience including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent management and supporting complex Employee Relations issues.
- Be able to demonstrate courage and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Love technology and an interest to support the wider HR team in its digital transformation programme.
