Order Administrator

Due to an increase in workload our Aldridge based client are looking to recruit an experienced Order Administrator on a Temporary basis. The role is to start ASAP.
**Duties to include**:
Taking and processing customer orders
- Updating customers with delivery updates
- Sending and receiving e mails
- Updating the ERP system
- Raising invoices and quotations
- Taking and processing payments
- Diary management
- Maintaining customer records
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal and external team members
**Skills and experience required**:
- Previous experience is essential
- All round customer service based skills
- PC literate including MS Office
- Resilient - It’s a busy and fast paced environment
**Rate of Pay**
£10.00 per hour
**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday - 8.30 am - 4.45 pm
