**JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE**: Senior Administrator - Fylde Coast Training Hub LOCALITY: Working across Fylde Coast PAY BAND: Pay equivalent to band 4 AFC (depending on experience) HOURS OF DUTY: Part time, between 22.5 and 25 hours per week. The postholder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. DURATION: Fixed term role until 31st March 2025 REPORTS TO: Fylde Coast Training Hub Operations Manager WORKS WITH: Other members of the Fylde Coast Locality team Members of the Lancashire & South Cumbria Training Hub team HEE NHSE Other Locality Hub Leads Other Locality Hub co-ordinators HEIs Morecambe Bay Primary Care Collaborative TERMS: Fixed term or secondment role. Office based at Fernbank Surgery in Lytham.

It would be significantly advantageous if any prior experience was from within a clinical education setting. Excellent organisation skills and ability to priorities tasks. Excellent communication skills both written or verbal. Excellent IT skills including familiarity with spreadsheets, PowerPoint and databases.

To represent the Fylde Coast Training Hub, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders. To have input into developing, organising, and implementing new office procedures and improvements to the administrative service. To collect information from various sources, prepare reports and disseminate as and when required. To ensure the maintenance of accurate records and information across all our locality databases.

Assist in the development of the annual locality CPD training offer, booking training providers, venues and co-ordinating delegate lists. Monitor attendance and course evaluations. Provide administrative support with the induction of learners on placement within the Fylde Coast locality. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT To be responsible for own personal development as identified at appraisal and to ensure that any training is undertaken for development within the role.

To request own annual leave in the best interests of the service in accordance with the annual leave policy and with approval from the line manager. HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY Responsible for ensuring confidential information is appropriately stored. Comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities and guidelines. SERVICE IMPROVEMENT To actively take part in discussions relating to the job role, using own initiative to suggest ideas and ways of working as appropriate.
