**What are we looking for**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transactional Team Leader. Based from our Sheffield City Centre offices you will be responsible for the supervision of the accounts transaction team of which there are three members of staff.

**Responsibilities**

The transaction team cover the following where you will have overall supervision:

- Purchase and Sales Ledger management
- Bank Transactions
- Expenses
- Inter-company recharges
- Accounts Payable
- Liaison with the business to resolve / reduce invoice queries
- Approving new suppliers / data changes
- Processing payment runs (Domestic & International)
- Reconciliation / Review of Aged Debt
- Reviewing statement recs
- Accounts Receivable
- Managing the Ledger
- Reconciliation / Review of Aged Credit
- Review and implementation of process improvements
- Liaising with and complying with external audit requests
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**About You**

**Knowledge and Experience**
- AAT qualified Accountant
- Experience of supervising an accounts team
- Experience of AP, AR and general month-end processes

**Skills and Abilities**
- High attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem solving
- Strong communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
- Good standard of systems and Excel ability
