Finance Transactions Lead

St John Ambulance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Transactions Lead to join our in-house Shared Services Team. This role will provide significant leadership to the Accounts Payable, Fundraising, and Treasury Teams, ensuring transactions are dealt with in an efficient, correct, and timely manner.
About the Role
- Establish, lead, guide, and develop a team of high performing administrators and specialists who are responsible for delivering a range of finance transactional services on behalf of St John Ambulance.
- Ensure monthly supplier reconciliations are completed on all accounts; identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure the account is up to date.
- Resolving financial transactional requests, liaising with the operational team(s), wider departments, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C / 4) including Maths & English, minimum 5, successfully led and managed teams (including matrix management) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment and strong stakeholder management experience.
