- Friday 8.30am - 5pm
SALARY: £22,000 - 25,000 p/a (depending on experience)

Office Angels are working closely with the hiring manager to bring in a passionate, driven and flexible administrator to join their team.
You will be coming into a fast paced office environment with a varied workload where you will need to be willing to get involved in any area of the company that may require extra support.
**About your new role -**
- Assisting with the related paperwork for shipping of goods worldwide
- Raising purchase orders and collaborating with suppliers
- Keeping control of the stock and ordering of stationary and housekeeping objects
- Greeting visitors as well as arranging lunch/tea/coffee for them
- Dealing with general day to day office duties
- Offering support to the directors and assisting with the Sales team when required
**About you -**
- Bubbly, positive and flexible attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Great organisation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
**Desirable skills but not essential -**
- Experience of using the accounts software Dynamics NAV
- Experience of shipping goods internationally
