The aforementioned role is an office based position, supporting the finance director. The role involves maintaining accounts receivable and payable ledgers within Quickbooks and Xero and managing credit control for the company. **Duties**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers
- Utilise accounting software including QuickBooks and Xero
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
**Skills**:
- Minimum of 1 years experience to proficient level in accounting software including QuickBooks and Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Well versed in all Microsoft Office products
Salary £24,000-£30,000 PA for a full time role
