ER have partnered with one of our Engineering clients to recruit for a Internal Sales / Project Support person. They are a great company, passionate about providing value, reliability and efficiency to their clients'. Their people are the key to their success, and they are now in need of a Internal Sales / Project Support Person to support the team and their clients’ requirements, to further drive success for the company.

We are seeking someone with confidence and resilience, a team player who is skilled at relationship building with a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude. Within this role you can expect to busy, so you'll need to be a multi-tasker who can remain calm when the pressure is on

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - once training is complete :)
- Call companies to maxinmise sales and give technical advice to customers
- Prepare the cost estimates
- Prepare the quotations
- Qualify the enquiry (Lead times, Volumes, Expectations of cost)
- Liaise with the Sales team, Operations and Managers
- Ensure systems are kept up to date
- Communicate with current customer base

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Computer Literacy - intermediate level of Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have an Engineering Background
- Professional attitude at all times
- Flexibility with working hours
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and understand strategic business needs as well as managing the day-to-day tactical decisions
