**Area Sales Manager - Concrete Walling Systems**

Area to be covered: Midlands

Remuneration: £45,000neg + uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager
- Retaining Wall Systems will involve:

- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of retaining wall systems
- Majority of your time will be spent generating specification and selling directly to house builders such as: Barratt Homes, Persimmon & Taylor Wimpey
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to groundwork contractors
- Targeted to achieve £1m turnover in the first year
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships, however will be given on-going / dormant accounts
- Dealing with average order values of between £5k-£500k

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager
- Retaining Wall Systems with:

- Ideally have external sales experience selling to housebuilders
- Ideally sold to both housebuilder & groundwork contractors
- Would consider someone working for a house builder or on site dealing with quantity surveyors, groundworkers, contractors etc
- Ideally from a heavy building product background dealing with products such as: retaining wall systems, concrete blocks, hard landscaping, block paving, natural stone, architectural masonry,
- Self-starter with tonnes of energy
