**JOB ROLE**:Accounts Assistant

**LOCATION**:Mold, Flintshire

**Salary**:£11.50 per hour

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 13:15 hrs

**Holidays**: 20 days (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays

**Job Summary & Objectives**:
This part-time role supports a busy Client Accounts Department, delivering a high level of service managing the income for a growing client portfolio.
- Dealing with all accounts-related and administrative queries
- Posting credits and reconciling the client accounts daily
- Chasing outstanding rent arrears and communicating to the landlords
- Create sales invoices
- Implement and manage rent increases
- Post 3rd party contractor invoices
- Make landlord and contractor payments on a daily basis
- Transfer deposits to the deposit scheme within the correct timeframe
- Liaising with the property managers to arrange the release of tenant’s deposits in a timely manner
- Ensuring that correct fees are collected from Landlords and processed accordingly
- Deal with Landlord and tenant queries

**Skills, Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Excellent MS-office skills - in particular Outlook, Word & Excel
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Prudent organisational and time management skills
- High accuracy levels with an investigative approach
- Diligent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and a keen team player
- Independent problem-solving
- Knowledge of accounting functions
- Ability to manage a diverse workload
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure when work load demands

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18.75 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
