iData Com Limited are currently looking for a Full-time Accounts Assistant to join their team in Mold which will also include a focus on Bookkeeping.

For this role, you will need to have at least **2 years minimum** previous experience working within an Accountancy/Finance Department to be able to perform the below duties, you will not be expected to be able to do every description below in the first instance.

Full training will be given and you will be working along side our Full-time Accounting/In-House Book keeper.
- Responsible for Bookkeeping and meeting necessary deadlines
- Completing Bookkeeping to trial balance ready for Accounts production Sage50
- Preparing Direct Debit submission’s
- Preparation of client payment runs
- Data entry & processing
- Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger management and reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Management reporting
- submissions, and queries
- Entering journals for year-end and wages
- Liaising with External Accountant
- Resolving client queries
- Any ad hoc duties that would be requested

For this role, you will need to have:

- Some Accounts experience
- Very good knowledge of using Accountancy software's such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, HubDoc and other cloud based software
- Willing to learn
