The hours will be full time, 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Friday and will allow for some working from home.

Southampton Children’s Hospital is part of University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) and is one of the largest teaching trusts in the country.

Southampton Children’s Hospital is a major centre for specialist paediatric services across the south of England providing acute specialist care to our local population as well as a wider geographical area that includes the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. It is the only Paediatric Trauma Unit outside of London and across the south of England.

**What we are looking for**:

- Knowledge across a range of administrative work procedures including non-routine elements
- Significant experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a customer-focused environment
- Level 4 Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience of complex staff rosters
