Customer Service Executive

Due to ongoing growth and market demand, my client is looking to recruit a professional and driven Customer Service Executive to join their Customer Service team. A family-owned market leader in their industry, My client offers a vibrant and respectful working environment which encourages organic career growth.
**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive are**:
- To answer queries from customers
- Focused on retaining existing customers
- Offering consultation to existing customers in demonstrating companies multi-channel service solutions
- Ensuring that customer queries are resolved
- Highlighting customer concerns with peers in the business to create resolution
- Updating internal CRM database
- Following up agreed actions
- Providing excellent communication to customers and internal teams
**Skills required for the Customer Service Executive position are**:
Skilled in demonstrating how to handle customer concerns/addressing indifference and open questioning would be advantageous although, again, training will be provided. You should be computer literate and have strong communication skills. Discretion and the ability to retain confidentiality is key to this position.
Working hours for the Customer Service Executive are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Please note the Customer Service Executive role is fully office based at this time.
