One Traveller, an award winning, family owned and run business, specialises in escorted holidays for single travellers over 50 throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our operations department for a switched-on, highly driven Operations Executive **based** at our Head Office in Swaffham.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you will be an integral part of our small but busy operations team

Job Purpose
- Supporting the team and leads to deliver the best service to our guests and overseas suppliers in the delivery of our holidays.
- Communicating with our overseas and UK partners to ensure they have everything to deliver the perfect OT holiday.
- Working closely with all OT departments to ensure the communication and documentation for all our partners is the best it can be.
- Have a good all-round knowledge of OT holidays to be able to talk to guests, tour managers and partners professionally and knowledgeable about OT holidays
- Supporting the Operations lead to Improve OTs partners communications and operational delivery including ensuring that all booking extras are organised and delivered smoothly
- Health & Safety Overseas day to day support for the OT lead and H&S consultant.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Finalising OT holidays within set deadlines & ensuring all partners have the information to deliver the perfect OT holiday
- Communication with OT partners accurately and professionally delivered
- Check and update holiday preparation with any amendments and changes
- Monitor quality scores and guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement on holiday delivery
- Assist in booking pre/ post holiday arrangements and organising booking extras
- Support Operations lead to ensure guests expectations are met on every holiday
- Acquire a good all-round knowledge of OTs products
- Respond to guests queries either by phone or e mail
- Courtesy call guests 2 days before departure to check they are ready to go
- Organise a electronic filing system for easy reference

- Understand holiday operations and service delivery

- Able to deal with difficult situations or crisis
- Competent on all Microsoft systems such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
