**About the role**:
To make sure that the Housing Service is fully compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements relating to lifting equipment and asbestos management.

To oversee and quality assure statutory requirements, processes and procedures relating to lifting equipment and asbestos management.

**About you**:

- high level of literacy, numeracy, accuracy and analytical skill.
- be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct service teams and external providers.
- have excellent communication skills.
- be organised and able to work under pressure.

**What you will do**:

- make sure the Housing service is fully compliant.
- make sure that lifting equipment & asbestos management is administered efficiently and accurately in accordance with legislation, regulations & guidance.
- provide technical specifications, advice and guidance to offers, technicians & contractors to undertake work safely.
- keep up to date with legislation to share with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,745.00-£37,336.00 per year
