L'agent du Service Concierge d'Air Canada est principalement responsable d'offrir un service personnalisé axé sur la reconnaissance et le souci du détail aux membres Aéroplan Super Élite 100K, ainsi qu'aux autres membres de statut supérieur et aux clients de la classe Signature à l'aéroport (aux arrivées, à l'enregistrement, aux départs et dans les salons).

L'agent du Service Concierge doit veiller constamment aux besoins des clients de marque d'Air Canada et offrir un excellent service en tout temps, conformément aux lignes directrices en matière de service clientèle et aux règles de sécurité de l'entreprise. La personne qui occupe ce poste doit être capable de résoudre toutes sortes de problèmes, de même que savoir comment demander de l'aide et à qui s'adresser pour l'obtenir. En établissant des relations professionnelles et positives avec nos clients les plus assidus, l'agent du Service Concierge contribue à fidéliser ces derniers à la marque.

**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les clients haute contribution au comptoir d'enregistrement et les accompagner jusqu'au salon, s'il y a lieu.
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes des clients haute contribution aux arrivées et aux départs, notamment en matière de délivrance de billets, de surclassements, de correspondances, de récupération des bagages et de dispositions de dernière minute.
- Assister les clients haute contribution aux portes d'embarquement.
- Accueillir les clients haute contribution dans les salons.
- Communiquer avec le Service Concierge disponible 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept, au besoin.
- Communiquer avec les agents du Service Concierge en poste à d'autres escales mondialement, ainsi qu'avec les représentants locaux (hôtels, autres transporteurs).
- Proposer des solutions pour les clients haute contribution, notamment en cas d'irrégularité d'exploitation.
- Tenir à jour des rapports quotidiens sur les activités du Service Concierge, consigner les problèmes et en assurer le suivi, au besoin.
- Assurer la liaison avec les groupes du Service Concierge, afin d'aider à la prise en charge des clients importants ou haute contribution.

**Qualifications**
- Maîtrise d'Internet, des courriels, de Word, d'Excel et de l'utilisation du système Altéa Reservation.
- Diplôme en tourisme, un atout.
- Expérience dans un poste similaire, un atout.
- Connaissances en billetterie, un atout.
- Disponibilité pour les déplacements (séminaires, formation, etc.).
- Obtention d'un laissez-passer pour l'aéroport.
- Port de l'uniforme de la Société conformément aux Normes d'uniforme et aux Normes de tenue d'Air Canada.
- Conformité aux règles de la Sûreté aéroportuaire et de sécurité.

**Conditions de travail**:

- Ce poste requiert de travailler par quarts (notamment les fins de semaine et les jours fériés), et de faire des heures supplémentaires en cas d'irrégularité d'exploitation.
- Des modifications peuvent être apportées aux horaires selon les besoins des services (p. ex., des irrégularités d'exploitation, un effectif réduit, etc.).
- Des heures de nuit peuvent être requises selon les horaires des vols décidés par la Société.
