Fox Morris are working with Slough Borough Council in relations to finding a Project Support Officer (Transformation) to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Support the project / programme teams by maintaining appropriate systems to ensure effective planning and scheduling of projects, and delivery of the Corporate Plan.
- Responsible for project / programme file management using robust version control and organising project boards and meetings, together with providing support to ensure efficient operation of projects / programmes day to day.
- Support the reporting honestly and transparently to CLT, Members and Improvement & Recovery Board, which includes the DLUHC appointed commissioners.
- Supports the team by sharing any insights or escalating issues to ensure Project / Programme Managers are kept up to date.
- Support the team by assisting them in maintaining project controls and producing project reports to ensure adequate and regular monitoring of project progress. It will include maintenance of effective RAID+ (Risk, Action, Issue, Delivery) Logs on behalfof Programme Managers.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
