We are looking for applicants based in UK and can not sponsor applicants from abroad.

To provide 1:1 & 2:1 support to children & adults with a range of disabilities and complex needs including Autism, Epilepsy along with some Challenging Behaviour. To enable & provide a service in a way that ensures both children & adults with multiple disabilities to access & participate in social, recreational, educational & any other activity as part of their personal development, physical, mental well-being, to enhanced independence.

As a senior support worker you will be offered a competitive salary if you have experience of support work with vulnerable and challenging persons. Be a car driver with a full licence and have access to a car during working hours. Part of your duties & responsibilities will include, working full time hours, work alternate weekends, liaise with management and fellow team leaders and to lead by example, be computer literate with good command on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You also need to be familiar with updating content on various social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. be reliable and able to give direction to staff, to have an understanding of home visits and the assessments process, you will share your time between supporting service users, observations and admin duties by recording and reporting any changes in service user’s health, family circumstances, service preferences & other issues affecting service delivery. To uphold and promote all company policies & procedures, you must also be willing to achieve an NVQ level 4 in Health & Social Care.
