Are you looking for a busy and involved Administration Coordinator role ?

Do you have previous Customer Service experience and excellent communication skills ?

Are you proficient in Word and Excel ?

If so this is the perfect Permanent role for you.

Working for a highly successful business at their Head Office in Poole you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

- Dealing with Customer requests and general enquiries

Processing and uploading of information on to the Customer Database

Tracking pack and spare part shipments and liaising with couriers and service providers

Creating invoices

Ensuring all stock inventory spreadsheets are updated regularly

Assisting when required with packing and shipping of specific items

Full administrative and customer service support.
