To carry out rota administration under guidance from the Rota/Staffing coordinators
To provide administrative support to the rota/staffing coordinators
To provide administrative service to members of the Anaesthetic department and wider administrative support to the Senior Management Team
To support the band 5 anaesthetic/medical staffing coordinators in all departmental administrative tasks
To carry out rota administration on CLW or other department systems
Responsible for electronically filing personnel files for consultants and staff grades
Support with Rotawatch
Support the clinical director in administrative duties
Support the Senior Management team with wider administrative duties

Ensure effective communication channels are maintained with all members of the care group
Develop good working relationships with the following

Theatres/department colleagues
Line managers
Heads of departments
Clinicians
General Manager
Clinical Director
**External**:
Wider UHD organisations eg. Royal Bournemouth Hospital - Working at RBH 2 days per week (Flexibility to cross site cover also when service requires)
Organisations outside NHS eg. CLW
Carry out in-depth complex administrative duties to clinical rotas using CLW or other IT system
Responsible for producing correspondence and reports using trust/patient data
Arrange and collate consultant/staff grades appraisals
Plan and book clinical governance meetings
Maintain personnel files
