**What’s involved?**
- Administrative support, including store and supplier communication, completing paperwork, attending virtual meetings, inputting data, and maintaining supplier information.
- Building relationships and working closely with our suppliers and stores to coordinate the day-to-day running of the concession business.
- Communication of key initiatives, promotional activity and store instructions.
- Assisting in setting up new concessions to drive sales growth, including completing contracts and arranging deliveries.
- Work with stores and the senior team to identify and target key product areas for development and growth.
- Conduct sales analysis and report on concessions and store performance to help aid decision-making, track results, support concession justifications, and produce action plans.
- Upload and edit products on the website.

**Requirements and skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and confident working with numbers
- Adaptable and able to work within a varied role
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good organisational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
