Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional sales assistance and guidance on our products ensuring customers select products suited to their requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Preparing and sending quotations in a timely manner. Advising on discounts and promoting the use of all our products.

Chasing up quotations, offering further advise and negotiating costs where necessary.
Building relationships and keeping in touch with repeat purchasers and large order customers.
Promoting sales and provide a lead role in securing new business.
Achieving sales targets and provide monthly sales reporting.
Providing information and guidance on the after care of our products once they have been delivered.

Process customers orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer records.

Preform data entry tasks to input customer information and assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning and creating courier labels.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, approachable manner and an adaptable team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in Sales and customer service is essential.

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
