A successful Financial Services business based in Canary Wharf is looking to bring in a new MLRO and Head of Financial Crime. This is an opportunity to lead the Financial Crime team, and gain exposure to a range of products and strategies across the globe

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage financial crime risks. Identify, develop, and implement policies and processes inline with the regulators expectations
- Implement and develop risk based frameworks for CTF/AML/Sanctions compliance
- Manage a Financial Crime team
- Interact with, and report to a range of internal and external stakeholders e.g. C-suite and regulatory bodies

**Key requirements**:

- At least 5 years of AML/CTF/Sanctions career history
- Previous MLRO/SMF17 function holder experience
- Experience interacting with 1LOD
- Up to date regulatory knowledge
- Financial services experience is vital
