Medsolve are proud to be partnering with a client who own a group of luxury care homes based in Somerset who are looking for a **Recognition & Happiness Coordinator **to join them on a permanent basis.

**This is a permanent role, full time and with a salary of £26,500.**

As an experienced **Recognition & Happiness Coordinator**, you will be planning company events, fostering staff engagement and wellness, implementing creative initiatives to enhance the lives of our team members, and creating a positive and joyful work environment.

The main responsibilities of the **Recognition & Happiness Coordinator** are:

- Support out Head of People with company staff recognition, engagement and wellness.
- Creatively plan people events, including conferences, awards retreats and other special days.
- Manage and develop the Wellbeing programme for the group and audit the success of this.
- Work with our lovely care homes on creative monthly themes to inspire activities and events.
- Develop activities staff to be creative an innovative ensuring residents have the best time possible.
- The role will involve some travel across the UK.
- Please note that this role will require some flexible working hours including working occasional evenings and weekends.
- This role will require a full clean driving licence.
