(Temporary role).

This is a fixed term Temporary contract of approximately 10 weeks starting ASAP. Your shifts will be Monday - Thursday inclusive (including bank holidays), starting from 8.30am-4.30pm shifts. Approx. 30 hours a week, in return we offer you an hourly rate of £12.20, 15% staff discount plus other benefits. Unlike a normal warehousing location, we are set in the beautiful village of Hints in Tamworth. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accurately place plant deliveries in their designated locations.
- Ensure daily order tasks are done on time and in full for the order assembly team.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Ensure daily picking goals and accuracy standards are met.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Be willing and able to adapt to other tasks as and when required in the business.

**Skills and experience -**
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 20kg
- Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time with frequent walking and activity
- Ability to work well as a team but be self-motivated and independent at times
- delivery processing and order picking experience would be useful but not essential.
- Demonstrate occasions you have worked to deadlines and how you managed to achieve these deadlines.

Should you be successful in progressing to an interview, you will be required to attend an on-site assessment where you will need to demonstrate your skills and experience as a packer.

You will be required to demonstrate skills from previous roles to include
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management
- Working to tight deadlines

Driving licence will be a must due to our location in Tamworth and no major bus routes operator around this location.

Right to Work Documentation must be presented at interview.
