We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Member to join our successful Card Factory family in Tamworth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Process sales accurately and efficiently while upselling relevant products
  • Price and merchandise stock correctly
  • Work effectively with the team to unload and unpack deliveries
  • Assist with stock takes and inventory management
Requirements
