We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
- Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
- Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
- Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
- Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
