**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- New restaurant / Coffee shop acquisition and on-boarding across a geographical region, you will provide relevant solutions to the partners looking to grow their business through tastecard and Coffee Club by lead generate through various sources, systems, and customer recommendations
- You will manage and develop your product lead pipeline and use Salesforce to keep accurate and up to date records about the contact made with prospects by asking the right questions to understand the restaurants needs so that you can close deals with decision makers and ensure a seamless discounting experience for our members
- Strive to sell the offer to high quality partners who will offer a breadth of discount, availability, and cuisine variety ensuring that the information you receive from partners is recorded correctly.
- Communicate the details effectively and ensure that information is cascaded to restaurant staff and achieve all required KPI’s in line with the role including call duration and volume targets, focusing on aspecific recruitment tasks when required by your manager

**Key Skills and Abilities**:

- Telephone/ face to face sales experience
- Experience of objection handling
- Ability to overcome challenges and handle rejection.
- Possess good IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, plans and prioritise own workload
- Being driven and positive and self
- motivated
- To display the ability to take on board, constructive feedback and coaching session into practise showing growth
- To produce strategy documents and reports on own work
- To act as an ambassador for the Ello Group ensuring that your behaviour reflects well on the company
