Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Operative for a job based in Worthing area.
**About The Job**:
**Schedule**:
- DAY/Nights
- £12.50 Per hour
**Role**:
- Working on a busy Helpdesk within a Facilities Management environment.
- Log reactive tasks on the CAFM system.
- Download and allocate worksheets for engineers/cleaners/sub-contractors.
- Update CAFM once engineers/cleaner’s/Sub contractors' feedback is received.
- Order parts for further works where necessary.
- Arrange for quotes to be raised where required.
- Strictly monitor all open tasks until resolution.
- Close down tasks on CAFM once completed.
- Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance.
- Prepare for cut-over imminently to the new CAFM system.
- Scan and file completed worksheets.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous tasks at the same time.
