**Job details**:

- We have an opportunity for an apprenticeship administration coordinator role to provide administrative support and practical instruction to support the Apprenticeship Team with related duties derived from the work linking to OneFile, Compliance, and the Learner Journey.

You will be supporting the Apprenticeship Development Officer in ensuring compliance by completing Quality Assurance checks and assisting with updating the Apprenticeship documentation which will require a high level of attention to detail with a resilience to maintaining concentration. A key responsibility will be assisting the OneFile Team with the build of new Apprenticeship Standards on our e-portfolio system therefore require experience of working with a wide range of IT packages.

The role requires you to work unsupervised with the ability to identify, pre-empt and solve issues and risks, and to communicate these actions to a wide range of stakeholders. The role will require you to be flexible and work as part of the team attending meetings, supporting actions relating to the compliance with a proven ability to prioritise your own work in the context of competing priorities.
