Job summary

We are looking for someone to manage, facilitate, and coordinate to ensure the effective planning and implementation of clinical placements. The role holder will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administration of education programs externally for the company. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, fast-paced working environment and enjoy dealing with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who can: Manage the relevant email inbox and respond to enquiries.Coordination of training programs, including scheduling sessions, allocating supervisors, booking training venues, and managing logistics.Coordination of rotas for clinical placements at CHEC, working collaboratively with the Clinic Scheduling and Rota team and utilising the electronic patient record system to view clinic schedules.Communicate training schedules, requirements, and resources to participants and stakeholders, including payment schedules and processes.To work with PSDT to ensure completion of relevant HR/onboarding processes for external candidates to attend clinical placement at CHEC.Maintain and update education records.Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.Monitor training attendance and participation, following up with participants and external stakeholders as needed.To be responsible for the management, coordination, and monitoring of clinical placements held at CHEC.Tracking participation and completion of learning activities and maintaining accurate records and reports.Organises and maintains training records for all external groups medical students (for all services we deliver) doctors, nurses and optometrists.Creating and issuing reports when requested by managers and Health Education Institutions

Experience in coordinating schedules, events, or educational programs is advantageous.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
