Position: Learning Support Assistant

This role involves supporting pupils with Autism in a specialised ASC provision, working with a mixed class of Year 3 and Year 4 students. Role Highlights:

Autism Support: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be essential in helping children with Autism navigate their learning environment.
ASC Provision: Work within a dedicated provision focused on supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Collaborative Team: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils with Autism.
Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans.
Help create a positive and structured classroom environment.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as needed.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in an ASC setting is highly desirable.
A valid DBS check is required, or a willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
