Description
Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Coordinating and managing meetings, including the preparation of meeting agendas.
Maintaining an efficient and organised filing system for all relevant documents.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Handling queries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of operational strategies.
Ensuring office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
Supporting other team members as required in an efficient and cooperative manner.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A proven track record in a similar administrative role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Enjoy running reports and analysing data
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
