Business Development Executive (Field Based)
Up to £30,000 plus an OTE
Full-Time Permanent
Expenses pay per mile for fuel, or car allowance
Our client is looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic and personable Business Development Manager to join a fun, collaborative and dynamic external sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business and playing a key part in the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Executive:
* Drive sales while targeting new business opportunities by actively promoting and selling key the client’s brands.
* Play a key part in the sales pipeline (lead generation, relationship building, deal closure).
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Electrical Wholesale, Utility Management and Energy & Renewables markets.
* Travel to meet clients face-to-face and build lasting relationships.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in the electrical industry (advantageous but not essential)
* UK drivers’ licence
* Fluent in English
* Great communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Self-motivated
* Persuasive, charming and enthusiastic personality.
