About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Development Executive to join our team at Jam Management Consultancy ltd. As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for securing new customers and business to a set annual target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and abilities to become more effective in the role.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, manager, and sales management to ensure a well-supported approach to sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a 2:1 or above.
  • A Levels A-B grades or equivalent.
  • Passion for technology, consulting, and people.
  • Retail or other customer-facing experience.
  • Interpersonal skills, including effective influencing and negotiating.
  • Attention to detail, able to spot inaccuracies or inconsistencies in materials.
  • Tenacious attitude, willing to put required effort in to achieve targets.
