Platinum Recruitment is working with one of London's most luxurious Hotels and we have an opportunity for a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

Salary £41,200 per annum
Service Charge - Approx £5,000 per annum
48 hour weekly contract
Overtime paidWhat we're looking for:

Longevity is key and our client is only interviewing Pastry chefs that have stayed at least 1 year in most of their previous positions.

Training and development are encouraged, and you will ideally have experience working to a 2 or 3 AA Rosette level or a similar 5 star hotel.

To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge and ability to manage a section with minimal supervision.

The hotel offers a range of dining options from their modern, contemporary main restaurant to world famous afternoon teas, busy bars and more.
